CATEGORIES
All catagories are setup by Outfitters Network. The Store owner can login to their dashboard and request a new category. We will not create unique catagories by product name. Please be advise that we can create sub catagories.

LIMITED STORE OWNERS
The Site Owner has the right to stop accepting accounts. Outfitters Network will also limit the amount of similar stores. Projected amount of stores approximately 100 different store fronts.

PRODUCT QUANTITY
Outfitters Network has the right to limit each user to 100 items in their storefront account. The store owner can not exceed the amount of 100 items without written permission. Outfitters Network has the right to terminate the store owners account if they exceed the 100 item limit or if the product is not suitable for our viewing audience. There will be no adult material or fire arm content allowed.

DENIAL OF SERVICE
Outfitters Network reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This right will be exercised when it becomes evident a user is in some way abusing the system.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided on this website, including but not limited to information, documents, products, logos, graphics, images, catagories, and services are the wholly owned and copyrighted work of Outfitters Network and/or its Third Party Providers. None of the materials posted herein may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or other means, without the prior express written permission of Outfitters Network or the seller. You may not "mirror" any materials contained on this website on any other server or site without Outfitters Network's prior written consent. PURCHASING
Selecting an item indicates they intent to purchase that item and is considered a legally binding contract between yourself and the purchaser. Upon receiving notification from Paypal you are obligated to ship the product according to the buyers agreement. You must keep the buyer informed on shipping details such as shipping costs and/or tracking numbers.

POSTING
Posting an item in our storefront indicates your intent to sell this item. Items may be withdrawn before a product has been purchased. This intent to purchase is legally binding.
